Full Rate Schedule
All rates are based on two people per site.
Rates are based on two people per site. Each additional person is $2.00 per day. There are no refunds and no pro-rating of site rent.

- Check in at the park office on arrival, or at the self-registration kiosk if you arrive after hours.
- Storage is billed monthly and due on the 1st. Start mid-month and it is pro-rated to the first.

Reservation Deposits & Policies
This form is a reservation request only. A representative will contact you shortly to confirm availability and finalize your booking.
- Once a site has been assigned you have 24 hours to send a non-refundable deposit, or the site is released to another guest.
- Nightly stays, meaning under 7 nights: $40 non-refundable deposit.
- Weekly and monthly stays: $100 non-refundable deposit.
- There are no refunds and no pro-rating of site rent.
- Rates are based on two people per site.
Park Rules
Worth a read before you book. A couple of these decide whether we can take your rig at all.
RV requirements
- All RVs must be RVIA approved, self-contained, and owner occupied.
- No units over 25 years of age. Units over 10 years are visually inspected by the camp host or management.
- Tents are prohibited.
- Two vehicles per site and one RV per site. All other trailers, including horse trailers, must be stored in the designated areas.
Pets
- Two pets per site.
- Pets must be on a leash whenever they are outside your unit, and must never be left unattended in the park.
- Pet waste must be picked up immediately.
- Breed restrictions apply: Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers and Bull Mastiffs.
- No horses are allowed on the premises.
Your site
- Each guest maintains their own space.
- No overstuffed furniture, bottles, cans, storage boxes or appliances outside the unit.
- All trash goes in the dumpsters provided.
Quiet hours
- Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- No generators, and no loud or disturbing noise at any time.
Fire & wind
- No campfires. This is a high wind area.
- Awnings should be rolled up when your unit is unattended.
Fairgrounds RV Park strives to provide the best possible service and a pleasant atmosphere. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Management and its owners are not responsible for any loss due to fire, theft or accident to a guest or their property.
